Conditions of booking
1. Payment £50 deposit (non refundable) per caravan must be received with booking form, full payment by 15th August 2008. Failure to do so could result in your accommodation being cancelled. Any caravans booked after this date must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation etc: Notice of cancellation must be sent by registered letter.
3. NYDO reserve the right to refuse any booking applications or to refuse or terminate accommodation at their absolute discretion.
4. Neither NYDO nor Skipsea Sands Holliday Park shall be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities or amenities shall not be available due to circumstances beyond its or their control.
5. You will be held responsible for the loss or breakage of any fittings, utensils, crockery or cutlery. Please report any loss or breakages to a NYDO official.
6. Any person attending the UK Challenge weekend, staged by the Northern Youth Darts Organisation, shall do so at the respective persons own risk.
7. The Northern Youth Darts Organisation shall not be held responsible for any personal injury or the loss of that persons belongings or valuables.
